Who we are

I believe good food starts with good ingredients. That’s why many of my baked goods are made with freshly milled organic wheat berries, helping retain more of the natural nutrients and flavor you don’t get from pre-milled flour. I also incorporate sourdough in many of my recipes, allowing for natural fermentation that can support better digestion and enhance flavor.

I keep my recipes simple and straightforward, using ingredients you can recognize and trust—nothing unnecessary, just real food made well. I put a lot of thought into what I feed my own family, and I want to offer that same level of quality to others who may not have the time to make everything from scratch.

And at the end of the day, it has to taste really good too.
